Is it true that a free pop protector is included with all purchases? And what kind of protector is it?
As part of our commitment to protect your order, yes, we will package all standard 4" Pop!s in a foldable "soft" plastic protector. The minimum thickness of all included protectors is 0.35mm.
If I order a Pop! that isn't the standard 4" size, can I still get a protector?
No. We can offer free protectors with the standard 4" Pop!s due to the ease to acquire them. We cannot ensure the availability for ALL Pop! sizes.
However, we do our best to include them if we have them available at the time of your order. If we have a protector for the size Pop! you order (6", 2-pack, etc...), then it will be listed as included on the product page.
What if my order arrives in an unacceptable condition?
We want you to be happy with your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@spectrum-collectibles.com to let us know how we can help.
How is the order amount determined for free shipping?
To qualify for free shipping, the Subtotal of your order before taxes and fees must be $59.00 or greater.
Can I request specific characters, variants, or chases when I order?
Unfortunately we cannot accept requests for specific variants.
Blind Boxes - Since these are sealed from the manufacturer, even we don't know what is inside.
Funko Chase variants - If a chase variant is available for a Funko Pop!, they will be sent out at random. Sometimes products will be marked as COMMON ONLY, this is to inform all customers that there is no possibility of receiving a chase.
Spectrum SurPrize mystery boxes - These are packed in blind packaging and sealed at the beginning of each month. When orders are fulfilled, they are random.
What is a Spectrum SurPrize mystery box?
Spectrum Surprize is our version of a blind box. We take a varied assortment of 4" Pop!s and pack them in blind boxes. The possible contents and odds for each variant are on the product page.
SurPrize boxes can include commons, chase variants, limited editions, special editions, and vaulted items.
Policies
Return policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us at info@spectrum-collectibles.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our facility in Colorado
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange policy:
Exchanges can be made for items damaged in shipping or if you receive an incorrect item. Exchanges will be for a replacement of the same item. If a replacement is not available, then compensation of equal or greater value shall be provided in the form of either store credit or an acceptable replacement item, at the discretion of Spectrum Collectibles Ltd.

Damaged item policy:
We do everything within our power to send out items in the best condition possible. Due to the nature of mass produced and distributed items, there will sometimes be imperfections. We cannot accept items with minor cosmetic imperfections as damaged. Because damage can be subjective please contact us if you believe that you have received a damaged item.
Determination as to whether an item is damaged or not will be at the discretion of Spectrum Collectibles Ltd. All shipments are documented for quality control purposes. If an item is reported damaged, it is the customers responsibility to provide evidence. This evidence will be compared to the quality control documentation. The results of this comparison will determine if an item is eligible for exchange.
Free included Pop! protector policy:
A foldable "soft" protector of thickness >0.35mm (i.e. EcoTek, TitanShield, etc.), shall be included with all 4", standard size, Funko Pop! products. This policy does not guarantee or specify which brand of protector will be included..
Protectors may, at the discretion of Spectrum Collectibles Ltd, be included with Pop!s of additional sizes, if available.
Exception: If a Pop! is prepackaged in a hard plastic protector (i.e. Limited Edition: Ultra), commonly referred to as a "hard stack," then a "soft" protector will not be included.
